Wonders of Caledon, Part 2 - The Observatory

My previous post described several of the nominees for the "Eight Wonders of Caledon" with which I was unfamiliar. Today I add another to that list: the Highlands Observatory. This structure is also owned by Mr. Alix Stoanes who, as you may recall, is also responsible for the Cape Wrath Clock and Fort. Methinks someone has been stuffing the ballot box in these nominations.
