The revamped Silent Sparrow location also has an
underground maze for one's amusement. Down into the stygian darkness I went.

Some passages are merely dead ends. Others have charming little rooms, such as this one, seemingly taken from a Dali painting:

What are we to make of this forbidding sign? Ignore it, walk right through it, and find...

...a little work area.

Do mazes appeal to the frightened child in us, the delicious fear of getting lost (but safely so)? One wonders.
