A Sign of the Times

Passing by Frauline Doktor Sweetwater's establishment in Steelhead Port Harbor, Kathy noticed the snowma...snowper...snow-something with a rather dire sign:

And the snowmonst...thing may well be right: the Guvnah said Spring would arrive in Caledon in only a few days' time. (It must have something about California, because Spring is a long way from arriving for my typist.)
